Obligations of Representative. Representative will perform the following services:

Representation. Representative will contact and solicit potential licensees or music industry companies on behalf of the Band. This representation is solely for the purpose of soliciting agreements for the Band in the music business (referred to in this Agreement as "Band Agreements"). During the term of this Agreement, Representative will have the exclusive right to solicit on behalf of the Band.
